BIO

I am an early-career applied economist with research experience in producer, consumer, and policymaker decision-making within the agri-food system. My research interests include food policy, food marketing, and agri-food supply chain resilience. I am committed to mission-driven research that integrates interdisciplinary expertise and mixed methods to generate actionable insights for stakeholders and the academic community.

My work has been published in leading journals such as Food Policy and Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy, and has been featured in media outlets, contributing to U.S. state-level policy discussions. I enjoy sharing my research at conferences and am grateful for award recognition for my research and presentations. I also contribute to the broader scholarly community by reviewing manuscripts for academic journals and serving as the Editorial Assistant for Food Policy.

In addition to research, I am passionate about preparing and inspiring future generations of applied economists. Prior to joining Lincoln University, I mentored honours undergraduate projects and served as an instructor-of-record at Michigan State University in the U.S.
