I am an applied microeconomist with an interest in agricultural and food economics.

My research examines how food markets, public policies, and agri-food value chains shape prices, consumer/retailer behavior, and food security. I use applied microeconomic and econometric methods, together with large consumer and retail datasets, to study questions with direct relevance for households, firms, and policymakers.
