My research focuses on building representative digital twins of real-world environments by integrating localised IoT sensor networks, UAV-acquired imagery, and satellite-based remote sensing data. By leveraging multimodal sensing technologies and advanced data analytics, my work aims to improve our understanding of environment and support more sustainable land use. More broadly, I am interested in how digital technologies can be used to understand, model, and manage dynamic natural and managed ecosystems. My work combines sensing systems, geospatial technologies, and human-centred research to capture interactions between people, infrastructure, and the environment. I aim to support decision-making by developing practical tools to advance innovation in land-based technologies.
