He kaiako, he tauira, he kaimahi ahau.
I am a teacher, a student and a worker.

I am an educator whose teaching and professional practice are grounded in lifelong learning and service. At Te Whare Wānaka o Aoraki | Lincoln University, I teach within the English for Academic Purposes programme, supporting multilingual tauira (students) to develop the academic language and research skills needed to succeed in higher education and to navigate international pathways. I also spend part of each year teaching in Wuhan through the Joint Institute of Huazhong Agricultural University and Lincoln University, where I examine ACEN 601: Academic Communication for Postgraduates, weaving communication through an Aotearoa New Zealand lens.

My teaching integrates evidence-informed practice with culturally responsive approaches, including Te Ao Māori perspectives. I welcome opportunities to collaborate on research that advances equitable and innovative approaches to language teaching and learning.
